We are happy to guide you around the house. First things first, the beautiful private room on the second floor. This spacious room with private bathroom, private toilet and lots of wardrobes is perfect for mommy and daddy to get away from the crowd. A cozy double bed is welcoming you for a good night sleep. On the first floor there are 2 nicely furnished 2person-bedrooms. The bathroom is outside the bedroom and is shared. The toilet is in the hallway. On the ground floor there is a beautiful dinning room with a professional kitchen entirely at your disposal. The living room, with fireplace, is the center of the house and creates a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. We do have a small city garden with terrace and garden furniture. Ideal for your morning yoga or coffee.

History
This house is located in a very nice avenue of Ghent. Surrounded by beautiful trees. Your host studies at the Royal Atheneum of the Voskenslaan, which is at the end of this street. There he met his wife. There children also went to school there. His mom and sister still live in this neighborhood.
This area is outside the historic centre of Ghent. The history of this neighborhood had a huge revolution in the early 20th century. Two developments were crucial to this. The organization of the World Exhibition in 1913 and the Implantation of the Sint-Pieters-Station in 1910 - 1913.
