- The minimum age to book a room is 21 years. Children under the age of 21 must be accompanied by someone of age 21 or older.
- Dutch law prohibits smoking in any area of the house / guest rooms. The use of any kind of drugs is strictly forbidden in our house. When violation occurs, Milito is authorized to charge a cleaning fee and cancel the remainder of the stay with no refund.
- Any damage to rooms due you party during the stay and items missing upon your departure will be charged to you.
- Pets are nog allowed in the houses.
